I recently got my very first brand new luxury car that I've wanted since I was a little girl. I got to decide all the details and its like a haven when i get in to go to work and home again. It may be material, but every time I hop in, I marvel at what a fortunate life I now have and how far I have come. I always say you aren't spoilt if you truly appreciate all you receive.

Came from a single mom home, dad died when I was about 2. My immigrant mother raised her two children on her own. She took in her parents and cared for them until their death. Seeing how hard my mom worked, gave me the experience that I cannot waste my life away saying woe is me. She gave us the best upbringing and I never grew up feeling I lacked although I am sure in some areas I did. I have always bought used vehicles cash with the exception of my last two vehicles. Having single moms who bust their butts gives their offspring a drive like no other. 🥰 oh and been written off too, but hey, here I am standing strong by the grace of God.

I know you are aware but perhaps set a reminder alarm on your calendar to switch out the pain relievers after extreme seasonal temperatures, especially summer heat that intensifies in a vehicle. Most medicine has the appropriate temperature storage noted on the box/label. I don’t know if they become less effective or the molecular structure actually changes to become harmful! I’m not a pharmacist or scientist. 🤷🏻♀️😳☠️ Beauty items may also fall in the storage temperature category. Check everything. Can you imagine spritzing yourself liberally with a fragrance that has gone off! 😬🤦🏻♀️🤢😩 Better safe than sorry! 🥰 Congratulations again on all the wonderful you have created in your life! 😁

Look at her assets alone with the house and car, she’s definitely had financial advice for investment and savings. The biggest gift anyone can give to themselves in life is balance. Don’t get too caught up in suffering today for tomorrow when tomorrow isn’t promised. Sure, be responsible, but know that you’re only here once and a life with regret is a sad one indeed.
@@NotJessH Lydia is a very smart lady so I'm sure she's made plenty of investments to bring her in income in the future. She didn't become this wealthy by not investing her money wisely.
But she also treats herself to nice things that bring her joy and so we should because that's what makes life fun.
Also saving money is a waste of time because inflation just eats away the value of it. Money needs to be invested in assets that bring in passive income and increase in value to match inflation.
That's how wealthy people use money. They invest it and makes it work for them. That's the major difference between poor and rich. Having said all that you need to be earning enough to be able to do that but it can be done if one has the will to do it
Hearing of your love of Beatrix Potter, you need a weekend in the lakes (where she brought the land) and a trip into Hawkshead to see her home ‘Hill Top’. I visited when I was 14 and still have very fond memories- especially memories of soaking up the atmosphere from the very place she wrote some of her books ❤️

So, today's video was so much fun and relaxing to watch, almost made me feel like I was with you on the dog walk and planting sweet pea seeds. That much perfume can actually cause issues for people with lung issues so be mindful. Asthma lung disease etc. Esp. in small spaces and hot days.
If you place your perfume on a table or area you use a lot then you will remember. I also have a Chanel perfume which never ever gets used.

I noticed the tulips your neighbour got you was looking a little wilt! TIP…cut the bottom of the tulips at a 45 degree angle and place a couple of old 1p or 2p coins in water as the high copper content will help them appear less wilt and stand nice and tall! I believe the coins dated pre 1985 have the highest copper content to help them the best🥰

Hi Lydia, I’ve been growing sweet peas for many years and I never sprout them, sometimes I soak them for 24hours and then plant them, if sprouted the delicate shoots will get damaged in the planting, mice also love any type of pea seed 😮

I felt so down from overwork and burnout, so I said to myself watch Lydia and relax, only for you to speak on women and cheering each other on. I truly needed this, I needed to break away from the strong, I’ve got it mentality and accept that we also need a break and time to appreciate life, family, and all the goodies we work so hard for. Lydia, it's so touching for me when you talk about women and what pandemic did to us. I still struggle with some mental health issues and panic attacks, and trying to fix myself while doing my 40h work days, also trying to behave as usual with my colleagues at work. I feel that nobody is taking about what lockdown did to us and how we now trying to cope with all the consequences of it (at least in Holland). I still trying to be normal again, but honestly it feels that life will never be the same again..and maybe it's a good thing, just right now being very social and being out for a long time in a crowded places literally makes me sick 😔

imagine the impact it had on children ? or on families who couldnt be with their loved ones as they died & were then buried alone ? I say this in support of your feelings, its what I do when struggling with this. Many children were severely abused with no school to turn to. BUT it also showed us HOW to be alone & the benefits of being alone ie dont force yourself to socialise, alone time is imperative for us in this hectic world. Kia Kaha which translates to all the best in Maori, from New Zealand 🙏🏽❤️

It may not be convenient having your umbrella and Wellies in the back if you are in the front and it starts raining, flooding etc. Also, in the summer you may want to keep your lipgloss and face spray in the fridge section up front since cosmetics deteriorate in the heat. Plus the face spray will feel so nice and cool when needed! Enjoy your new car, love it!

Planting the sweet pea seeds within 24 hrs after soaking would have prevented the mold. Also, watch that after potting them that you don't let them sit in water otherwise roots will rot. If there are any deer in your area, they are gonna go after the tulips eventually. Usually at night. You can make your own spray to discourage nightime foraging from deer, chipmunks, squirrels, etc.

Hi Lydia , I’ve been obsessed with Beatrix Potter this past year and have been reading the sweetest cozy mystery series based loosely on her life. They are called “The Cottage Tales of Beatrix Potter” by Susan Wittig Albert. I just know you will adore them. Very whimsical stories and the animals can talk amongst themselves not to the humans of course but it’s been a lot of fun to read. Enjoy and yes Anne with an E is a wonderful series it’s tragic they didn’t continue. Take care, fingers crossed on the Royal White Snapdragon!

What a wonderful vlog!! I know so many of us are going down with this respiratory bug, non-covid, but I was in bed for days! I think your SweetPeas got nipped by a form of disease caused by overwatering... I've had that happen to me so many times, and it always looks as if they've been eaten, but they've picked up a fungus, I think, and rot there at the soil line, and just fall over. The other pot you showed looked a bit more dry, so I think it was a disease, but to know for sure, check with the local Agriculture outlet, or garden center. 💚
