These videos are 5 years old and are easily the best I’ve found. Well done sir. I’m 2 weeks away from getting my lab and I’m doing my homework
Now 8 years old and I’m still sending these vids to friends getting new puppies and revisiting them myself. I absolutely love them. Thanks for your work Stonnie!
Came here for my Lab training. Left wanting a goat.
They are addictive. Be careful!
Damn right
I have two Jamunapari goats- They’re like having two little toddlers around.
Honestly, I like it when you're "long winded". I find your insights to be fascinating and as a voice of experience. It's rare to come across expertise, I like it!
Thank you!
I freaking loved the addition of the goat. Thanks for another awesome video, Stonnie!
+Tammy Pruitt You are welcome!
I couldn't stop laughing, that goat was so... funny!! Great video Stonnie !
Goats will pretty much always leave you laughing or crying...
This video was a great benefit. I have a 14 month old Lab who had no discipline. I was offered training videos that cost several hundred dollars. I watched your first two videos and realized that giving my lab the right attention and the right amount of time was just what we needed. Thank You.
Did 12 goats dislike this video....????!!!
Brilliant work again, Stonnie.
Thank you!
I know it’s repetitive, but that goat had me cracking up! Best dog training video I’ve ever seen! Goat aside, I love your videos.
The relationship between me and my bullador pup has grown so much because of your videos. Thank you!
Stonnie, that’s not fair. I keep getting distracted by that goat! 😂 Great video❣️
Stonnie, your methods are so effective, make sense and I'm so glad for your videos! Keep them coming, please!
I'm loving the series! We're getting a new puppy in a few days time and I'm trying to learn as much as possible beforehand. This is really helpful. Also, that stellar appearance by super-pushy goat really cracked me up!
You are Excellent! Very articulate and very clear on your explanations. Love the goat!
This has made such a difference for my young GSD mix. Thank you!
Stumbled across your channel and very impressed. My lab is a 8~10 mo old rescue and we are in the beginning stages of our relationship. These videos are great. Thank you so much for posting.
Your videos are truly remarkable. We will be brining our new lab home at the end of August and I am doing everything I can to educate myself on how to raise him right. Thanks for the videos! You make it look easy.
The goat!!!!😂😂😂😂 What a hoot! OMG! I love your videos! I'm picking up my lab puppy in 2 days & your videos have been really helpful.
Crazy 'ol goat hahaha. Stonnie you're a great instructor :)
Thank you!
I have had dogs my whole life of many different breeds . I am now considering a lab as my border collies 13 and 14 years have passed on. I love learning from your videos as I sometimes feel after 30 + years of dog owning that I was going about the training in a difficult way . Thank you for your terrific teaching skills ! I feel I am going to be so much better prepared for this next dog after watching hours of your videos. I do realize that the real work is in actually putting in the time with the dog and I am looking forward to the challenge with the skills you have provided . Thank you , Ed Kirby Nova Scotia ,Canada
This pup is amazing thanks to your amazing training! The goat needs a bit of impulse control LOL well done!!
What a gorgeous lab!!!! Such a good dog!!
Thanks so much!
My family is getting a lab, and this is so helpful, I love the goat to.
This is way better than Duck Dynasty! LOL Thank you for your services sir! I am watching, my 3 month old lab pup is absolutely crazy!
I’ve trained labs differently. Your technique is insightful. Thank you
I've done it, and still do it differently sometimes. This is just an easy thing for people to try at home!
Hi Stonnie! Great videos my friend. I am the proud owner of a 7 week old black lab. He is so smart already. I was afraid to give him too many treats at first, but after watching your videos and the progress you've made with your lab, I know better. Thank you sir for the time you invested in these videos.
I use their kibble for treats...
Incredible work as always Stonnie love the lab videos
Thank you!
I have bloodhounds and now a chocolate lab pup . These videos are already helping . Hope your doing well sir god bless 🙏🏽🤙🏽🖖🏾
Awesome, and darn I love the goat butting in!
.... such skill, intuition and respect with results,
Thanks so much Stonnie.
Goat raining vid on its way :-)
+makepeace73 Thank you, for watching!
Thanks for the great videos Stonnie! I'm working with my new chocolate lab puppy and doing great! I started watching your videos 2 weeks before I got him to train myself first. My wife calls our Pomeranian our "goat" distraction.
Thanks! I've called Pomeranians much worse...
@@StonnieDennis lol dude your are the GOAT. Best training videos on the internet, hands down!
Love this series. Getting a black lab pup in Aug so I'm boning up on how to teach it properly.
Haha,That's the cutest goat.
HAHA. The goat really made this video. I want a goat now.
I Live you videos man! 🤣👌👍🏻are so funny and useful! I’m from a rescue dog team from Mexico and I really appreciate your videos. Regards!
I sure want to avoid a lot of compulsion if I can. Thanks for the video Stonnie!
I try to limit my use of compulsion to things that are dangerous, destructive, or flat out rude...
hilarious , this goat rocks !
I love ur videos stonnie
The goat hitting you is too much....I had to go back and watch because I missed so much from laughing.
Step 1: Train goat. Step 2: Train dog.
clicked to train my lab, now I want a goat and train it
These are soo informative and heloful and fun!
I love how the goat is all like I'ma get up on the table with dogo.
Awesome videos! Keep up the great work!
Goat is eating out of the Lab's ration......NOT FAIR....lol.....love your videos man, and heck yea, you are so right in your ways of training......
Stonnie, thumbs up on your approach to training a lab puppy, I'm currently working on training my 12wk. lab puppy and I'm finding it challenging to say the least, simply put the trainer [me] isn't very well trained or experienced, you are using a method I firmly believe allows the pup to develop properly. Very simple and understandable for the pup and for someone like myself to learn how to train and gain expected results with my dog [patience my short suit]
I have a herd of Dwarf goats chickens ducks and horses and we just got a chocolate lab puppy that is about 13 weeks old. I am worried that he will chase or kill my livestock, so glad I found these videos and hope I can do a good job training him!
that goat is awesome
Thank you!
im expecting a lab 2 days from now. i need to subscribe here. great videos
great and easy Stonnie
Omg the goat kept me smiling!
Still great videos thank you!
That old goat was awesome.
That’s actually a very pretty goat.
I don't even have a dog but I love watching your videos:)
Nice technic and that goat made me laugh..
Hey, first off thanks for making these videos. It really helps a lot. If its possible could you make a video on house training a puppy?
Nice Lab but that goat! Too funny!😂
I am so distracted by that gorgeous goat. The dog is doing better than me!
These video's are helping me a LOT with my 12 week old Lab. Love the goats! Did you get many goat training video's sent to you? Can we see 'em?
Great videos thank you ☺
Love that goat..lol nice video
Love this goat.
The ghost is so cute
Hey Stonnie,
first off great videos, very helpful. I have a question. I have a beautiful 4 month old Chesador lab, she is very smart and doing great just working with her 30 mins a day. my biggest fault I am having is a strong "come" command. she listens in and around the house/property but when I take her to the river or woods she plays this catch me if you can game. can you please give me some tips to strengthen that command.
Thank you
Could you make a video on teaching your lab to retrieve a ball?
Great video!
What treat do you use?
Hi Stonnie. Sorry if I missed it but did you "assign" (if that's the correct word) a command to the stay behaviour? If not, how do you help the dog to understand when to wait? (e.g. I open my house door and I want the dog to stay in the house). Really enjoying the videos. Thanks, Harry
Really good videos! I just want to ask you. My puppy its afraid when i put him up the table and want to jump off. What can i do? Thank you for your time! Salute from Argentina!
The goat cracked me up😆👍
Old goat stole the show. Hilarious
Question! How often a day do you do these things? I know your first video you said only about 3-5 minutes at a time. I want to do my research before I get my lab puppy.
Just kind of on and off as the day progresses
I like your videos by the way
Great videos mate.
+Ricky Coles Thanks for watching!
+Stonnie Dennis I pick up our golden lab puppy in a few weeks, no doubt your videos will be an extremely helpful.
stonnie i just got a lab i watched all ur previous videos what should i treat him with what is a Lab's fav treat ? and what do u use ?
This goat is hilarious 😂😂😂
I want a goat now!!!!
Hi Stonnie i have a lab/irish setter cross however i wasn't there for the beginning so his impulse control and his lead work are pretty bad can i still use your puppy training technique or what would you recommend? P.s He is a bit over an year and a half, i dont have a farm and i live in a flat
wow super good video my lab is smart thanks
This was by far the funniest video yet. that goat was funny. Anyways, I have a 6 month old black lab/mini poodle mix. Everything about him is black lab except his size. He is a bout 25 lbs and may get up to 35. I got him at 5 months old and in the first month he has done an amazing job getting his commands down. He does Sit, Down, and Shake almost flawlessly. He's still puppy so he will jump some and then do what he supposed to do then I give him the treat. My question is how can I keep him from getting too excited when I get home from work and running over my 2 kids (4 and 2.5yrs old.). Or do I just have to wait on him to grow out of it? Thanks for all the videos. Major help.
bcpunter41 An easy, old fashioned fix, would be to put a long line on him when he's playing with the kids.
can u do one about puppy biteing my 9week old lab puppy will not stop biting when we are playing.
The goat is so cute
That goat has obviously never had his butt whooped by a dog!
Do you play fetch with him in between the first 2 parts? And if so how do you apply that with his training? Thanks
How much time per day/week do you recommend working with a puppy? or basically just whenever you have some free time?
How often a day do you train a particular puppy?
HAHAHA! Now I wanna know that buck's name! Him hitting you trying to force you to give a treat, he needs to be flipped on the ground and sat on for awhile, so you show you're not easily pushed. Noticed pup made a swipe at his muzzle when he got tired of the buck hitting him - my Connie does that with my sheep... no damage just "respect me". The ungulates hafta learn, too.
Holy crap the goat was bullying him.
Do you use a marker word in your training?
GOAT still Greatest Of All TIME! lol
even his goat is obedient
and when he pushed the goat away it came back for a REVENGE and starting hitting him with his horns jajajajaja
lol "It's easy to do at your house if you don't have a goat" :)
Is he a goat whisperer too?
Goats an asshole lol. Im excited that im getting a lab retriever soon n these videos are very instructional
That's a good dog! Who saw the cheap shot?
now I need a goat as well
I can't give my 6 month old lab puppy constant treats for training, as she has digestive issues and has been diagnosed by the vet as having colitis. What's ironic is this silver lab puppy is a constant chewer and scavenger and although we keep a half acre yard in pristine condition, with nothing for her to pick up in the yard, she always finds a stick or something to eat, that she's not supposed to, especially with her digestive problems. We have to keep an eye on her 24/7. Not what I imagined our life was going to be with this puppy. Very stressful.
mate, but what to do when he goes after the goat?
I think I'm in love...
Thumbs up for the goat battle
Is the goat trained?
I'm 11 years old and my dog is a Labrador and she is four and she is listening to your video and when I throw like this little softball that I have she doesn't want to go get it sometimes
+Dylan Edwards Hey Dylan, dogs are just like people...sometimes they just are in the mood to do stuff. If I had to guess, you probably don't always clean your room like your room like your mom would like...maybe you could find some stuff to do with your Lab that she likes better than chasing a ball...
