Yes, birth certificate was listed among the required documents but not required when filling out the application form. They will requested for it when you are selected for the scholarship.

If your previous studies wasn't in English then you will need to do one of the English test exam before you can apply for any course taught in English.

If you are applying for course in UBD you will need to fill out the application in both UBD and MFA portal.
