※ 배추를 소금에 절여야 하는데 지난번에 대하구이
할때 굵은 소금을 다 썼더라구요...
(안 절여도 새우젓,액젓등이 들어가서 저절로 배추
숨은 죽는데 먹다보면 물이 좀 생겨요~~ㅎ)
※ 할머니댁에서 송이버섯과 능이버섯을 얻어서
송이는 지난 영상에서 삼합에 사용했고 이번엔
능이 백숙으로 사용하려고 아껴놨었어요......
근데 다먹고 치우다가 젤 중요한 능이버섯 안넣은걸
발견했네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 하...........😭😭😭
(남은 죽에 능이버섯 조금 넣어서 끓이니까 전혀
다른 음식이 됐어요.....향이 너무 좋음ㅠ)
※ 압력밥솥으로 전날에 밥을 했는데 딴짓하다가
너무 익혀서 누룽지가 많이 나왔어요~~
그래서 누룽지로 죽을 만들었습니다~!!
찹쌀로 누룽지를 하면 사먹는것처럼 쫄깃한 식감이
있는데 저는 그냥 쌀로 해서 그런 식감은 없었지만
나름 고소하고 맛있었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

It's called Silkie a kind of chicken breed. They do exist but most people like them as pet because of their adorable and cute appearance. But in asia mostly china, vietnam and other neighboring country including korea they eat it. I've tried it a couple times they taste just like a normal chicken nothing really special about it its just that its black so not very appealing or appetising to look at
