And with this event also I believe you can farm may be upto 50 Xl only which is not even close and those who have money can easily buy insence Or do raids or buy eggs to hatch which in turn help in getting more XL
PS: That Snorlax vs Politoed where it looked like the Snorlax lagged out... the opponent actually stopped attacking intentionally because their only win-con was to farm down with Magnezone so they could build up to a wild charge to take out the Talonflame.
15:37 I don't think they lagged I guess they tried to leave more health on Politoad to farm with Magnezone but the timer left wasn't enough to sucessfully try that maneuver.
I may have seen one or two, but none in the lead. Always Swampert for me and half the time another water type in the back. People are so afraid of Talonflame it's crazy :D
I really think they should make an Ultra Leauge Premier Classic just like they have for Masters. It seems a bit unfair for those that dont have lvl 50 mon's at their disposal. It'll help make things more balanced (especially with all the umbreons ive seen)

Hydro cannon (HC) is overall a better move vs Drill peck (DP) as it has more base damage and gets Same Type Attack Bonus (STAB) on it. That said, definitely go for HC if both HC and DP are neutral. For the cases where water (HC) is resisted but flying (DP) is not, that is on *grass* (DP-super effective {SE}), *dragon* (DP-neutral {N}) and *water* (DP-N). For the cases where flying (DP) is resisted and water (HC) is not, that is on *steel* (HC-N), *rock* (HC-SE) and *electric* (HC-N). Besides that, *water* (HC) is SE on *rock* , *fire* and *ground* . While *flying* (DP) is SE on *fighting* , *grass* and *bug* .

I don’t know if it’s the algorithm, but first two sets I ran in ultra league I ran Cres, Lugia and Swampert. First two sets went 4-1. After that just kept getting hard countered. Great vid btw
I’m using a modified team that I hit legend with. Clefable lead umbreon safe swap and ampharos. Haven’t went below 3/2 in any set just like last season. The meta still hasn’t really changed yet. Just about everyone is using either empoleon, dragonite, talonflame, or some kind of fighter in the lead. It’s almost impossible for a none fighter or charmer to beat a double shielded umbreon XL. So the alignment gets shifted and it’s GG.
I thought the same thing. Most of the matches were going to be hard to lose just based on who the opponent led with. I wish they would show a full set of 5 in a row and how well this team does, rather than a highlight reel spliced together.
That was the most unfortunate miss-click of 2021, that trainer outplayed the mid-game perfectly with Drifblim against swampert and even outplayed as well the matchup against talonflame... I've had times like that were i would even switch by accident a swampert against a freaking shadow razor leaf pokemon

Love my talonflame. Been pairing it with venu and lapras myself. This team from Jorge is amazing and fun. Generally positive sets unless i misplay badly like today where i got hit by a hyper beam w/ 100 energy on a talonflame . Really bad play 😰
Niantic needs to move the switch icons up and have them split to the left and right side of the screen. It would help stop all of the miss clicking. Sometimes I bump the switch icons with my other fingers by accident 🤪
This guy is been incredibly lucky in my opinion. The roserade missclick, metal claw empoleon, lag in snorlax, lag in talonflame (2nd match), abomasnow staying? , lucario lead XD i don't know man, i like more when we see a full set with rewards and everything.

Double water is pretty strong, especially with all those talonflame flying around. Currently running swampert and empoleon with typhlosion.
