Yes. It is amazing how widespread flag flying and worship dance is. I’ve seen it grow exponentially over the last almost 40 years since I’ve been dancing for the Lord☺️it would be wonderful to see you at a conference sometime www.dancingforhim.com/conferences/attend-a-conference-class/ many blessings!

Oh thank you. Glory to God! There are also many resources available on: www.dancingforhim.com especially any videos with the word "Expressive" in the title. Those would really help you. Also, the Dance, Dance Dance book has the Hebrew, Greek and English words on movement found in the Word and the video acts/dances out the scriptures. Blessings!

I have been dancing for past 10 yrs .but it's been 2 yrs since l stopped .now l want to dance again but l have osteoarthritis on my knees but Dr . wants to hold of knee surgery . so l am getting steroid shots and l will be 69 in September .do you think l should dance .l did one recently at my home but God changed my moves where l don't need to spin alot . word of advice . thank you
Hi Lydia, I’m sorry about your knee trouble. Of course it is wise to check with your doctor about what you should or can do. But I can share my personal experience. About ten years ago I had a slight meniscus tear in my right knee. It seemed to heal on its own over six months. Over the ten years, I still danced but found I couldn’t really bend my right knee much at all. So I always modified my movements but never stopped dancing. Then two years ago, I was walking on a grassy hill and fell in a hidden hole and really hurt that knee. Turns out my PCL was disconnected from the injury from 10 years ago. So my knee was never really supported for bending or twisting. It is amazing that I was still able to dance at all:) but I modify and do what I am able. I’ve danced through many different ailments over the years and modified where I needed to. My advice... ask your doctor what you should or shouldn’t do. I think there is one kind of arthritis where it is Ill advised to do anything with weights (or possibly weight bearing) but I can’t remember which arthritis it is. Apparently that would cause joint damage. So I hear your heart about wanting to dance, but I would check with your doctor to see if you can or should. Then if so, how. Many blessings!
Weeeellll... While you can "spot," (a technique to help you not get dizzy), I still do get dizzy anyway:)) So, spotting is where you focus on a spot in front of you. You then turn, but keep your eyes on that spot for as long as your neck will allow. Then when your body is around far enough, your head has to go with it, taking your eyes off the spot. But when your head gets back round front, you try to see the spot again. 'Hope that helps:) Blessings!
Sorry to take so long... No, I order them when someone places an order: www.dancingforhim.com/shop/hand-dyed-silk-flags-set-of-2---scroll-down-to-see-video.html Blessings!
