How do the candies work? Do I just play thru the map and collect more candies? How does the cache work?

On the rewards tab to the left it says candy 21/21? What is that?
It's how much you can gain through finishing the map paths, rewards.
If you Re roll and arcana shows up. Will it always be there ? Until you re roll it ? So I can leave it there and farm candies ?
yes, not on a time limit, but you should have the candies unless you're buying like everything you see
