My team mate pointed out. The best play game one was brio discard mezuki and bounce the thoughtruler. Then remove mezuki for psz and make my own thought ruler and run over the armed wing. That would have made my brain live while negating his brain. Possibly have been better, though Making the thought ruler play does put a third dark in the grave so I lose to dark armed. I guess I had to chose between losing to brain control or losing to dad. Thanks JG for the review.
I have the same issue with X Sabers - just can't ever seem to beat that deck. My opponents always have cold wave, multiple faultroll, cat, etc against me. Only difference is you're having issue against vayu turbo which is tier 1 and I'm having trouble with a tier 2 deck LOL. Really enjoy your content and thorough play through, though.
X-saber is one of those decks that draw nutty and you can’t win. It’s generally not a difficult matchup you just hope they don’t draw well so you can play. Also not very common in todays Edison metagame.
@beastmode yeah, not common for the most part. I've since figured out how to play against it, but like you said - sometimes there's the hands where you can't do anything. Especially if they have trap stun. Book of moon just ownes them, though.
