Terry you said that you'll give City the benefit of the doubt until the final verdict of City is made whether City is innocent or guilty. But on your show if City are found innocent will you shutdown anyone who may try to continue tarnishing City's brand by not accepting the official verdict.
I trust you will but unfortunately I don't have faith with some of your guests. So if they still openly state that City are cheating when we're found innocent will you tell them that City are innocent & call them out if they speak about it on your platform.
At the end of the day british law means innocent until proven guilty which a lot of people mainly rivals including pundits aren't giving us.

Popular Tubers need to learn to use "alleged" and "allegedly" with every point they make on the subject, then they can tell City (or anyone else) to do one because they are being factual. In fact if I were Goldbridge I would now do an entire series reporting and explaining each individual charge in detail just being clear that they are all alleged and not yet proven, you can't be sued for slander/liable for being factual.

If the attacker stopped his run, then the defender got nothing of the ball and crashed on the attacker, it’s a foul all day long.

A cease and desist letter is NOT the same as a legal letter stating he is being sued. The former is largely a letter advising that the other party's activities could be deemed illegal a court of law and that the offending party should review their behaviour.
It isn’t a defamation lawsuit yet but it does suggest that city are pretty confident about their PL FFP case getting dropped or dismissed.
Otherwise, they have just opened themselves up for more mockery and potential counter lawsuit.

It is what can be described as a "technical foul", it is the responsibility of the tackler to not foul the player in possession not for that player to avoid the foul. I think Mo said it great on the game review (on about the Havertz pen), which was, players are not specifically told you can’t trip over someone else’s leg - it’s there fault they fucked the challenge. Look at the AWB example a couple of weeks back (can’t remember who it was against, but I think it was Liverpool) where he left his leg out and Elliot (again correct me if I’m wrong on player/club) fell over it, it’s a pen, light one absolutely I’ll give you that, but still a pen until rules are changed

I'm not saying it happened, but it is within the realm of possibility for a multi-million sub UA-camr to receive a CAD. I haven't watched the video in question, but you have to be very careful about how you discuss accusations and allegations to a public audience, especially if there is an upcoming or active trial
