Tri-state mid-south BBQ is the best. People do well know Texas brisket snd all but this channel is hidden jewel for me. I reckon the accent from the start. The best food and best people that I met from the South. Love and respect from South Korea.
My wife purchased three of his spice bottles for me for Christmas and I have been using them ever since. Just cooked an absolutely killer filet tonight with his steak spice. Not only is this channel great but the product is just as good. Well done sir! (pun intended)

Your marinade is similar to what I would use, but I'm going to grab some Guiness Stout if I can get through the crowded grocery store. Flat iron steaks are my family's favorite steak because they taste great and we can have them often. Thanks for another great video.

I love me some flat iron steak. Sear on a white hot skillet, slice and return to skillet for a very short time. Medium rare to rare. Yeah, season and marinate for the win. Awesome stuff.
I agree it looked underdone/rare, but suspect it's the lighting as taking off a piece that thick at 124 and allowing to rest is good practice and should get you to a perfect medium rare

I went to the store this morning to get some things for the weekend. The entire store was well stocked with everything, except the paper isle. I was able to buy everything on our list. Fortunately, we didn't need any paper products. I like this recipe. My favorite steak of all is the ribeye, but they are expensive. This may be a good cheap alternative. Thank you, Malcom!
Maybe it’s just me, but that marinade you have the steak soaking in should have been what you add to the sauce. Save the other Guinness for drinking! Looks delicious as always! Cheers.
