The Utemaster TrailCore Tray 💪
Yep, it’s a complete Tray system built with the same Strong Bones technology as the TrailCore Service Body.
Over 2 years of extensive product testing and development has gone into this product range - huge effort from our engineers who have been testing and refining designs (well beyond their limit) to bring you the best tray on the market by a long shot!
Customers told us they wanted Utemaster to make a Tray...
...But they didn’t make it easy for us:
1. “It must be Aluminium this time”
2. “It need to be lightweight”
3. “has to be strong though”
4. “if it looks like it’s part of the vehicle, I’m in”
5. “drop the ugly sideboard latches”
6. “make the sideboards quick release”
7. “none of these skinny heaboards”
8. And…..
9. And…………
10. And……………….
We could’ve chosen to ignore all this and make a Tray the same as all the others…
But we chose to listen, and delivered!
Pre-orders have started, with deliveries starting in March 2025.

Your testing methods for the tray's structural integrity were fascinating. How do you plan to address any potential weaknesses identified during real-world use?

Cheers, mate! We’ve got rigorous product testing procedures to identify any potential weaknesses, and we also put our gear through the wringer in real-world conditions. This tray’s already been tested on a construction site, out four-wheel driving, and even in the harsh outback of Western Australia. Built to handle whatever’s thrown at it! 💪
