I had a horrible experience at the Hilton Garden Hotel inn Umhlanga Arch, in Durban, South Africa, last weekend ( 2022/05/21). I was humiliated and discriminated against in front of other guests, by the Hotel Manager, saying that I had not paid for breakfast, even though I had paid all my bills. She didn't check the system and made me and my wife ashamed. She was arrogant and didn't even deign to listen to us before making shameful accusations before the public. I was so humiliated that I was disgusted and almost attacked the manager in front of the other guests at the breakfast restaurant. We lost our appetite and demanded our money back and left the Hilton hotel on the spot. I will no longer recommend the Hilton chain to anyone, I am completely let down.
