Thank you for this video. You did an amazing job. I live just a few blocks from officer Norman and what you see is what you get. He never takes a day off. He's in the community 7 days a week and I can tell you this- he is changing lives and changing the way people view police officers, especially in the inner city areas. I thank God for Tommy being in our community.
Does he stand up against dirty cops? If he can't do that then he's no different than any other cop who turns a blind eye to what fellow officers unjustly do.

I worked w/ Tommy over 20 years ago at a facility for troubled teens and he's was just as kind and invested in the most challenging of siturations. He always brought out the best in the kids we worked with. He was a positive force then and now.

1:10 I'm a recovering addict and former escort. I know not all cops are bad. I have been arrested many times and can count on half a hand how many I didn't have a good experience with. I was always respectful but more than that I was honest. Cops are talked down to and lied to all day long every day they work. What a difference it makes when someone is upfront and honest. They're so happy to have someone not busting their balls and just keeping it 100 with them they have and will continue to help you out if they can and they can cause they did it for me a few times!

Actually, there are way more officers who act like this and put the community first, a majority of them do, but they never get the recognition for it. I know first hand how officers have spent their personal resources whether it was time, money, or the latter to help someone in need without asking for anything in return, just the opportunity to help someone in need but a lot of officers unfortunately have been driven away from the job because the communities they serve refuse to see it, instead, the communities seem intent on making every officer to be the bad guy. Years ago when I had a neighbor with cancer, the officers were conducting a search for a suspect wanted for robbery and attempted murder and upon her opening the door, and making sure the suspect hadn't hid in her house, they noticed that she didn't have groceries and the massive amount of medication she had to take so they all got together and came up with the money and went shopping and showed up to her house a day later to drop them off. Other officers have done similar, I know of some who actually went out of their way to come up with the money for presents to replace the ones that were stolen from victim's homes after they were burglarized and the families had been working hard in order to save the small bit of money they had in hopes of giving their kids a decent Christmas and if you think police are racist, it's the misconception because all of these families were black. Including the kid who lost his father to a senseless shooting so the boy had no one to teach him to tie a tie or ride a bike and the officer would check in on the kid every now and then, taught him how to ride a bike and taught him to tie a tie, even showed up to the kid's high school graduation if I remember correctly. It does happen, it's nothing new, it's just not posted on social media or glamorized by the news because only the negative stories are shown because it provides ratings, the more backlash, the more aggression, the more negativity, the more ratings the news media outlets get. So it's often rare that stories like this make it on the news unless it goes viral on other platforms. Remember sex sells but tragedy and negativity sells even better. It's sad but unfortunately, that's just the cost of a human soul these days.
Black folks letting him use them in their not all cops are bad commercials. Smgdh!! Black people please do better!!! Very few of these interactions are filmed by other people. Usually by him! Let the people record your good deeds.
He’s been doing this for over 20 years since before cell phones and social media. There’s nothing wrong with him “filming” and showing Police in a positive light. The world needs to see this, it’s too much tension with Police. And let me just say this man is genuine, I seen him while working at a gas station, working in NLR and he acted exactly the same Off camera as he does on camera.

I think delectable is right. These types of videos are meant to distract people from the real problems that Black people have with policing and the criminal justice system. Would officer Norman report his fellow North Little Rock boys in blue that engage in police brutality? Would he turn in or even arrest a "bad cop"? Does he speak out against unjust police shootings and unjust arrests? We do have to do better than to fall for sensationalism.
