만들어진 왕이라.. 선왕부터도 그 파국 권신이 본인 서서히 죽이고 친족들 죽이는거 아는데 못말리고. 그래서 멀리 하므로 가까이 했다(가까히하면 꼭두각시로 못쓰니 죽일까 멀리함) 전해달라 김신에게 전했더니 바로 죽어서 돌아오라고 전장에 보내버리고. 번번히 살아오니 죽어서 오라했는데 살아왔다며 역모라 죽이라 하니. 그저 가까이 가서 김신 그말을 전하고 싶었을 뿐인데. 그리고 나서 저들을 처내라 하면 처낼 힘이 말도 안되는 전장들을 승리함으로서 얻었는데. 죽였고. 김신은 그의 죄를 물을때 말하죠. 너를 아끼는 이들이 목숨받쳐 지킨 너의 목숨을 너는 너의 손으로 끊었어.
삼신 분장은 진짜 잘했는데 속일수가 없는게
눈이 너무 젋어ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이질감 느껴짐
삼신이니 총기를 넘어 사람의 마음을 꿰뚫는 살아있는 눈빛일텐데.. 그렇게 생각하면 괜찮아요.

솔직히 이 장면 감정은 이해가 가는데 상황이 넘 받아들이기가 힘들어서... 왕이 잠옷 차림에 그 넓은 궐을 떠돌다 못해 궐 밖 거리를 혼잣말을 하며 거닐고 그걸 또 왕인걸 바로 알아보고 엎드려 부복하는 백성들.... 좋아하는 드라마라 이 한 씬으로 망치지 않게 그냥 나름대로 이해하려고 자살하기로 맘 먹은 날 미친척하고 저러고 죽었나보다 했음..
자기가 사랑하는 사람을 홧김에(?) 죽였는데 저럴만도 할듯

원래 평민들은 양반만 봐도 절해야하고 용자수는 왕과 세자밖에 쓸 수 없어요. 옷에 용자수 있는 사람=왕/세자 인데 세자가 없으니 당연히 왕이겠죠. 잠행간다고 도포 입은 것도 아니고 자기 옷 그대로 입고 나왔는데 백성들이 안 꿇으면 그게 문제입니다...
lee dong wook as grim reaper in this drama is phenomenal, i am glad that LDW want to act in here. he can potray the regretful, sad, lonely, naive, mysterious person as grim reaper. thanks so much oppa for making this role perfect 👌🏻

Hmmm... I think he wasn't offered on his first visit to the tea shop since he committed the greatest sin, like how that guy who ran over Eun Tak's mother wasn't offered the tea because remembering his sins was his punishment. Only then when 600 years has passed was he given a chance to drink the tea and continue on as a grim reaper.
He committed suicide which is why he became a grim reaper

It was such a powerful scene which shows how badly he remorsed for what he has done .
1.왕여는 어린 유년기 시절 간신의 혀놀림에 원치 않게 김선을 떠나보냈다.
2. 저 장면은 아무리봐도 30대 중후반인데 마치 김선이 몇일전에 떠났다는 느낌을 주고있다.
3. 사람들이 왕의 얼굴을 알고 무릎꿇고 숙이고있다.
2. 왕이 박중헌의 오랜 가스라이팅에서 벗어난 후, 왕비의 그림을 그리며 그리워하자, 김선을 모시던 궁녀가 김선이 죽을때 입었던 피묻은 옷과 반지를 가져다 줬다. 떠난 사람이 입던 체취와 피가 묻어있는 옷을 받으면, 몇년전에 떠났지만 마치 얼마전까지 있던 사람이 없어진것처럼 비현실적이게도 사무치게도 느껴질 수 있지 않을까요.
3. 왕조시대엔 금실로 짠 용이 수놓아진 곤룡포는 왕이나 왕세자 밖에 못 입었다. 소수의 사람만 알아보고 엎드려도 나머지 사람들은 분위기상 눈치보고 엎드리게 돼있다.

He's basically gone nuts from the fact that he had the queen killed and misses her too much. He's just wandering the streets asking out loud who he should clothes the clothes and ring in. Samsin Grandma asks him for the ring and says that she'll probably have a use for it some day (obviously when she gets LDW and YIN to meet in the 21st century) and he says sure. He's gone off his rockers, remember. Then at the end he addresses a 'you', as in are these the clothes that you are after? and it's kind of suggested that he's talking about the dead queen because if you burn it, you are offering it to the spirits - in this case the queen.
