"Awie dan Search" (dan means and) is kinda like a supergroup. Amy left the band to focus on solo career so the remaining band members invites Awie as a guest vocalist and released an album together. It's actually not weird if the Philippines doesn't have legendary rock bands like Malaysian... Every country have different taste in music. Malaysian also had gone through different phases of popular music genres. After the rock era, there were pop rock bands phase (like Zamani's band, Slam), dangdut (really huge genre in Indonesia btw), modern rock phase (including rock bands from Indonesia), etc etc... And now is the pop music phase. p.s: What I find disappointing about that video is they focused on the wrong guitarist during intro and solo. Dumbass cameraman or whoever controls the camera view for the live show.
