I feel Geiru had a really big inferiority complex after Uendo was made the head Rakugo. You can tell by how she desperate she wanted it and how sad she got when she didn’t. This boiled over into anger which led to murder so even though it’s very wrong I can’t help but feel bad for her. She just wanted recognition but never go it. I think she needs a therapist more than anythinh
She sort of had recognition. It’s just that she was really obsessed with the uendo title she didn’t even think taifu had good intentions for her when he didn’t give her the title. Making udon noodles wasn’t exactly the best way to tell her though, to be honest. I felt taifu could’ve maybe told her before she went through with it.

Nice to see Athena taking after wright too 😊 and so many ppl hate nahyuta but look at his courtesy, not many 'bullies' will step down for a moment to acknowledge the opposition
I so called that, I knew it was her since she first testified. A little seemingly inane detail in her testimony seemingly irrelevant to the murder, apparently handling the death of her friend and mentor a bit _too_ well, and the biggest giveaway of all- an emote that would be too good to waste on anything other than the confrontational breakdown/freakout. Also, 17:21 "No way.... I almost got convicted out of convenience...?" Literally everyone in this series does. No apparent motive? No evidence they ever touched or were even able to use the murder weapon? No evidence they were even at the crime scene? Too bad, someone did it and it's most convenient to say X did it with what little flimsy evidence we have.
I'll admit, I've only made it this far, but I think this... would've made a better 2nd case or even a better 1st case. I didn't think this case was as exciting or emotional as the other cases. That's why it makes sense that Athena's case be a filler. But I think it's just as well. Apollo had the filler case in the last game, so I think it's fair that Athena gets the filler case this time.
It only took one day of trial like any first case of the franchise I was kinda disappointed.
@@MF-Spiffylad I agree.
Of course it's udon dough, it's a Phoenix wright game
She's obviously Violetta Cadaverini after the Tender Lender thing fell through
And we finally come to that moment where the witness reveals their true colors.
Nice to see Athena taking after wright too 😊
And just like that Nahyuta is the first prosecutor that got beaten by the trio lawyers one at a time. Poor guy, I don't even know how he still has the confidence to trashtalk them at the start of each trials.
Was just a filler case, but a good one at that.
giving the prosecutor a breakdown was interesting, but it lost its touch after the 3rd one
manfred got one too
@@catalyst539 well, he was the culprit himself, that's why
Well... that's Sahdmadhi's third broken necklace... wait he has a fourth one-
The really tragic thing about Athena's case being all trial is having to miss her amazing silhouette/outline during investigations. Especially since the last case is supposedly Phoenix and Apollo's case and her only acting as assistant counsel once more.:(
Sorry but that Whet guy is kinda cute!
Why be sorry? He is really cute!
THE MURDER WEAPON WAS UDON DOUGH
cool
Simon says.....
I CAN READ YOU LIKE A BOOK AND I TAKE ZERO SHIT!!!!!!!!
I'm at 19:00 and just realised the pun of a drunk making soba xD
Geiru's Motive In A Nutshell:
I Killed Him Because He Forced Me Into Being A Balloon Artist!
I feel so sorry for Geiru Toneido😞
Here's my attempt to put the proceedings of this case in a nutshell:
Bucky: "Hey guysh, jusht gotta say somethin to help my case real quick."
Athena: "Thank you, Bucky"
Sahdmadhi: "Fuck you, Bucky"
Bucky: "Yeah, I'm still he-- *ulp* No I'm not"
Blackquill "Meh. (AthenaIsweartoGodifBuckygetstheguiltyverdictIwillchopyouapartandmakenoodlesfromyourcorpse)"
Is Geiru one of those rare girls with the EXTREMELY flat chest?
To think that the prosecutor was knocked to the floor by some measly beads-
"Mon Dieu!"? Athena with the French again lmao.
8:53
Oh my fucking god, Simon, that hint is so blatant xD
If its an audio clip its one thing but I hate being the same room as a balloon popping. To have that many going off that close to your body would be freaky.
i felt really bad for geiru when she started crying. she wasn't a bad person, all she wanted to do was follow in her father's footsteps. :c
i know that her master wanted her to stand on her own especially with her talent as a balloon artist. i'm glad that athena asked bucky at the end to deliver udon noodles for geiru.
Would someone please take the time to make a 10 hour loop of Nahyuta's breakdown? It's so satisfying to watch😂😂
I've been wondering. How would it be like if Nahyuta faced Gregory Edgeworth if he was still alive?
I guess I know what I'm having for dinner tonight 🍲
7:29 FINALLY. jeeze. is it me or the cases in this game are kinda straightforward. the other games used to stump me like crazy!
12:12 ffs capcom...
kinda sad resolution. the daddy issues are real...
I definitely want an Athena centred game. I enjoyed this and turnabout academy SO MUCH. Leaves me so happy after playing them!
I like that Prosecutor Squeezemyhog still has the audacity to act cool and superior when he got owned in 2 previous cases. His "closed eyes headshaking and sighing" makes me want to pinch his nose.
ngl after all that balloon stuff i did not expect geirus character to be that good and relatable
and taifus motives damn this case is fantastic and an excellent break from the high stakes of the rest of the game
Nice to see Athena taking after wright too 😊 and so many ppl hate nahyuta but look at his courtesy, not many 'bullies' will step down for a moment to acknowledge the opposition
That breakdown tho...
C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!
Whet's hair tho. XD
12:12 I FELT THAT OUCH
Man i like this case.
I know this been here for a long time but i'm saying it anyway
Resting Do not disturb
ORLY NOT LIKE WE COULD WE IT

Here's hoping that Geiru's sentencing won't go nearly as haywire as this trial.
Oh my lord, I love these two.
You’re think he’s know not to pull apart that necklace
I'll admit, I've only made it this far, but I think this... would've made a better 2nd case or even a better 1st case. I didn't think this case was as exciting or emotional as the other cases. I mean, come on! We get this after the trial by fire at Kurain, Trucy touching my heart the next case, and then seen Phoenix and Maya given the death sentence and make it out? For the next case to be THIS!?!?
Ahlbi, Trucy & Maya: "Am I a joke to you?"
I gotta say after THREE high stakes cases it's refreshing to have one case in the main game be....not as intense.
