Hats off to the camera men and women that spent endless days and months capturing this footage. They don't get enough credit.
and they show us the video in slow motion and make it boring :))
This is all ChatGPT CGI
can't agree more.
😮😮😮😮😢;-h±
They don’t actually show anything other than pieced together clips of different lion prides. Pretending it’s all the same pride
I have to admit something. If this particular voice-over guy wasn't the voice in these videos, not sure I'd even watch them. His voice brings the videos to life!
It’s the voice of Tywin lanester 😊
Charles is amazing... But I think I still would watch it if it was someone else.
Exactly!
Right
@@ericbutler33no you wouldn’t
By far my favourite series “savage kingdom” and the best narrator in the business….ever. People think they just collect random animal footage and make stories up but they are pretty accurate with what’s going on. They watch these animals so closely for months, sometimes years so pretty much all of their info is fact. Such an amazing first hand experience of the wildest continents survival of the strongest . Thank you Nat Geo and the teams that back your channel dedicating so much if their lives to bringing these true stories of survival to us all. Such a commitment I for one am extremely grateful for.
Narrator is Tywin Lannister ❤
@@jemeleecorbeta1934 uncle scar
Charles Dance.
@@jamiemcdonald4279Uncle Scar's voice was narrated by Jeremy Irons. This series is narrated by Charles Dance who played Tywin Lannister in Game of Thrones, he was the patriarch of a powerful family, also sort of the villains. 😅
@@metalmamasue3680 that's right. Thank you. He's done some of these lion documentaries as well, which is cool. Voice from the Lion King narrating Lion docs. I always mix these 2 up.
And as a citizen of 🇧🇼 I still say, thank you National Geographic for sharing the beauty of our mighty Delta with the world at large👏🏽
Akere
Of all the places in Africa I would love to visit, the Okavavango delta would be #1. 😊 Love from eastern US.
And yes I despize our so caIIed (warmongering) Ieaders. They do not speak for me.
This Savage Kingdom series of documentaries, are probably the best wildlife docos I've seen since a child back in the 80's. In the 80's the footage was very similar to this minus the obvious technical advantages of today such as picture clarity, slow mo etc, but the narration most of the time reminds me of Charles Dance, it was just so personal and imaginative with a voice to boot. Maybe it was Charles Dance back then also, he sure sounds like one of them. I know that guy from Star Trek, Leonard Nimoy, was definitely one of them (the one with pointy ears), like Charles Dance, he also was excellent.
Lord Tywin Lannister narrating the beastly struggles of the African wilderness!!! Absolute gem 👏👏👏
The magnificence of wildlife cannot be described in words, nor can the professionalism of National Geographic in conveying this magnificence to us. Every shot, every scene, every sound effect and soundtrack has its own magic. Thank you very much.
love this series but we humans make stories that the leopard and lions are noble and somewhat like us and that the hyenas are evil and despicable, but they are all part of the landscape and we create the stories but hyenas are very much like us as well, some would think more like us than the majestic leopard....great series...
A must-watch every single day! The dedication and effort of those who spent months capturing these images are priceless!
Savage Kingdom (TV Series 2016-2020) - Charles Dance as Narrator - IMDb. Maybe pre - 2016 ?
If you see this comment, I want to thank you for living with me on the same planet. You are not alone in this world. I hope this comment can please at least one person. This is all I want and I wish you health ♥
13:39 If that gaze doesn't absolutely terrify you, than nothing on this planet can.
The cuteness of animals is truly heartwarming.
The only problem with this series now is that with the random titles i don't know where to start or continue
just watch its the beginning of the series previously watched

This is amazing... Glory be to God, the great creative Creator
😂
Praise be to Nat Geo❤…god didn’t show up on time…as usual
What sort of God would allow animals to eat one another! Geezz!
@@markherron8030 What kind of god would create an adult male animal that would kill unrelated cubs in order to mate with the mother?
Lions are such magnificent animals. They truly are the king of beasts
Sorry ELEPHANTS ARE
I can tell this narrator focus n study his job ..❤❤❤ story well explain n with patients
Surviving and growing up is a matter of great pride
Savage kingdom is the best..much love from the Philippines 🇵🇭
Love this series...New episode YIPEE more to come I hope....Thank-you much ❤from Canada
👍🏻
The full series is on Disney plus, all 4 or 5 seasons I forget if it's 4 or 5
@chrishaapala7997 Thanks but I don't think it's the SAVAGE KINGDOM SERIES it says it is but all different names of the lions dogs hyenas etc...Is it the beginning before SECECOMA became King it's a little confusing should have uploaded where it left off...This looks like the beginning...Is it please let me know I don't want to think I'm going crazy lol 😉
@@loreleimaki7299There is Savage Kingdom and Savage Kingdom uprising. Nothing are available to watch on Nat Geo website.
This is the best
Charles Dance a mighty narrator 💯💯❤️
New episode ❤ Woohoo 🙌🏽 I love this show 😁.... The narrator Charles Dance is a Legend at this point! He's Ah-mazing ......
Fifty years ago when I was a kid my family had a subscription to National Geographic a monthly that not
only covered wild life but also the cultures of Africa and Asia.
@christophermorgan3261
My family did to. I forgot about that. They still have the magazine but it is pretty expensive. Last I remember it was about $100 a year for 12 copies. Once a month magazine. I think I'm going to do that again. It is probable cheaper to read it online but I rather read it from a magazine. Just like I rather read a newspaper then reading it online.
Thank you so much for these. Absolutely magnificent.
From Algeria thanks ❤
I swear, most action movies I've seen aren't nearly this intense.
There's no continuation to Sekekama story!!!
We are eagerly waiting for it, Nat Geo!
"It's time for killing school"
lmao
Sepoh's becoming a savage little beast
One of my favorite memes is a photo of a lion with blood all over its face and the caption over it says "everyone wants to be a beast, until it's time to do what beasts do".
This is the channel that I have always been searching for.
THANK YOU NAT GEO WILD. ❤
'Safari Africa to the world'. Got glued to this super amazing episode
Simply World class filming!!!👏👏👏
I love leopards because they are so beautiful!
LOVE this series and narrator!! The part where moms with the lil cheetah hunting was absolutely amazing!!
I have watched this entire series twice. And will watch it again .
Thank you National Geographic for this series..... It's simply the best!!!!!!
I have watched documentaries and I cannot see or rather would listen to a narrator that is british.
They have the tones, they have a great way of speaking.
Whereas Americans just don't sound that great to me.
What an excellent series.
The Mapogos take the 👑 for most legendary pack.
Mr.T/kinkytale/Rasta/prettyboy/Scar/Makulu
Those 6 Where legendary 🙌🏼
There will never be another pack of full males like that.
Never!
They were the epitome of savage.
I cant believe how thoroughly enjoyable Savage Kingdom is. And the voice over or narrator is outstanding, bested only by the writing oof this great show.
I love and am addicted to these episodes. Addicted. As soon as one thing goes off here comes the lions and savage kingdom.
This scene of the wild animal attack left me with goosebumps.
The older cheetah cub one day will be unstoppable, its true
I can not count how many times I watched this documentary. It is absolutely a magnifient one.
Thank You thank you thank you for this incredible series, it's simply marvelous ❤!!! Please send me more.
The best voicing done on all Nat Geo documentaries are by Charles Dance [this one is by him] and Gillian Burke [Lazy Teenage Leopard Journey to Become a REAL Hunter and Olimba: The New Leopard Queen of Luangwa Valley]
thank you so much for these ❤ amazing wildlife clip
Impressive that little Cheetah was surprisingly aggressive.
Absolutely loved the narration, very well made doco.
I’m confused about the chronological order of the Savage Kingdom. This episode is current but seems to be the beginning.
the ending was amazing
Lion told the dogs “don’t be next” @42:58 😂😂
And they just made their de facto allies against the hyenas even weaker, which only serves to strengthen the dominant hyena clan.
If only they knew...
Hyenas are beautiful, intelligent, and wise. Kudos to the hyenas♥️
Beautiful❤
Excellent no other words for the photography done ,,,just excellent,,,,,,,,,to all involved in this presentation, JUST SO GOOD
I love this! Awesome Narration!
This is so beautiful & peaceful! Love it!
"Peaceful "? 🤪🤪🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣
Peaceful? what?
IMMMMM Not missing a EPISODE .
I even see a replay full of times
The way they filmed that scene of the wild animal attack was incredibly immersive
Fascinating insights into wildlife behaviour, beautifully captured
I could watch this channel for all eternity 😂
Love this series. So captivating !!!❤
It's on Disney plus
While I enjoy the narration and story... I understand these animals don't really think like we do. But it's still so fun and enjoyable
Wow, what an amazing video! 🎉 Your effort and dedication truly shine through. Thank you!
"Such is the burden of a single mother...in a bad neighborhood"!
Charles Dance Narration makes it more interesting to watch.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! The animal kingdom is so fascinating, and you presented it beautifully.🥰
This is a Cool show but I wish Nat Geo would put the Savage Kingdom in their playlist in the order each episode originally came out. I think it's missing some episodes to.
She’s not “afraid of everything” she’s wary and cautious…
Salute to the camera men/women and the narrator ❤
Those pesky hyenas
These incredible stories of wildlife in the savannah could very well be compared to the film saga The Lion King.
I like the voice, it helps bring me to the authenticity of the animals😄😄
Same stories different Narrative but it's all good..
I hope they paid tywin Lannister a load of money for the narration because its as good as you can get.
*Wild dog pack is ah brutality when they eat 😂*
Awesome doc. Brilliant narration. Thank you.
Spotted dogs can finish an antelope within 10 minutes. it's amazing
The fact that this is narrated by Tywin Lannister makes it even better!
I love the cheetah tear drop stripes from their eyes. Looks so badass
Wow this is amazing to watch the drama and sadness on this show is amazing 😊
I'm here wayyyy too early...love it!!!!
Thank you Sir. I am from India.
The commentary is very professional...Jim
13:37 If that piercing gaze doesn't send chills down your spine, then nothing else on this planet will.
We need more episodes
Gosh...those lions dont think that those other animals lives matter? They deserve to live like everyone else...😂
Charles Dance narrating Savage Kingdom makes total sense, especially when you think of his first scene in GOT 😅 the saddest part of Tywin's death is that the awesome writing died with him.
Narration is everything
Great 🎉
Hyenas are my least favorite animals in the animal kingdom

I agree with you on that one.
i agree..i don't care for hyenas myself..
Me neither I just don't like them & I love all animals smh
ALL YOUR COMMENTS DONT MATTER SINCE U ALL LIVE IN A BUBBLE UNPERTERBED BY THE WILD
FASCINATING!!!
Good job...thank you
Sometimes mi think mi a watch back over ep but is just that it looks like the same thing
I can't keep up anymore why do they either keep repeating themselves or share them with other channels the old history channel back in the day would never allow this same as the discovery channel
They document these animals through their life span. It’s not as simple as you think..
for clicks and $ is why
😅😮😮😮😮 it😅😮😮😅
@@ItzJustBenjiTrue people think you film for one or a few days and release, no....
Nobody’s sharing anything. It’s called theft. They make a few changes as a loophole to beat the copyright laws.
"She knows what happens to a curious cat."- That was bars.
Excellent.
Ty that was GREAT!!!
But how are hyenas able to know when lions have killed their prey? Hyenas seem to be available whenever lions are eating
They have the best smelling instinct in the whole Ecosystem
The smell 👃
And the vultures & other big birds circle above a kill also👵🏻👩🌾❣️

I’ve watched other videos with that leopard Modsedi. She has a habit of dropping food from the tree. 😂 that won’t be the first!
