also the white paint you should make sure to look throught all of them and see whats the end process after a year since some can turn yellow or a different white color and always make sure second coats on the wall

btw if you dont have something under your mattrice that will alow it to breathe / dry from condensation / sweat you'll get mold! my and my room mate got real bad chest infections due to this and took two weeks to recover! even if you put slats on the floor it will help a lot :)
