Snap! Elderly father in law opened filler tap, boiler overflow drained behind sink...into a wall cavity, flooding three apartments' kitchens downstairs. FOR TWO MONTHS. His kitchen was dry, thought it couldn't be his flat. Never thought to look at the water meter...spinning like a top...
How on eartg did they not hear Niagara falls under that cabinet?
Fabulous editing.
That PRV looks like the work of Bodgit and Scarper.
Expected a jumpscare, now i'm disappointed. Great job, well done.
Your vids are class mate, very well put together, really enjoy them 😊
Thanks bro appreciate it
Another excellent video...luv them

The lengths this man goes to, to keep us entertained 👻🤣
You make leaks wonderfully entertaining.

FOR TWO MONTHS.
His kitchen was dry, thought it couldn't be his flat.

How did you know that that leak was behind the unit.
That pressure dump pipe was directed straight down at electrics 😱
Considering how much water was escaping into the sub-floor, does this need some sort of treatment to help dry it up?
It being such an old house the ground under the wooden floor is just soil , no concrete . It will soak in and dry out .
I have a problem with those drawer ornaments in that bedroom. What's that all about. Oh, and plastic fittings on copper pipe? Is that a thing?
If you love differences in thermal expansion problems you'll do that.
How did you find out the leak was in that area
That water was so brown!
Circulating water for heating is never pretty - rust from the radiators. But it stops as soon as all oxygen in the water is consumed.
Fair fucking play lad 💪💪💪
Lol there was defo a ghost in there . Who you gunna call 😂😂😂😂 Leak busters
Owners look like they aren't short of a few quid yet by the looks of it they went with the cheapest fella in town for that boiler. Some people
Considering they’re not fixing their roof I don’t think they are spending it in the right places.
100% Asian family
I would never thrust those fittings lol
Yep prefer hep2o myself lol
Maybe that's why they're so many leaks 🤔 Job security I guess
Makes sense that it was downstairs because no ceiling could hide it.
Who was moving that chair 😅😅😅
You're getting a bit brave mate. 2 glass walkthroughs. 😂
Nice warm water all over the twin and earth. Very final destination repair😂
promo sm 💋
More push fit rubbish. Soldered fittings don't pop off .
They (soldered fittings) do pop off, if done poorly. This channel has shown a few.
Push fits are good if installed properly with pipe inserts when required and tightening up.
