      thats actually wasted time and energy. muscle memory cant be built during long sessions, no matter if djing or fe doing sports. Lets say you make 2 sessions a week, each 8 hours long. Being 16 hours/week. Then we clone you, but your clone has 1 session each day for 30 min, for a total of 3,5 hours a week. Well your clone will have built at least double the amount of muscle memory compared to you, while not even invested 25% the time per week you did. thats how the human body and muscle memory in particular work, slowly and over time.
