Looks great but I'm curious why you're downsizing with four kids. I'd take out anything non-structural .. the suspended kitchen cabinets, he box of closet/pantry (the whole midfle section). A free standing armoire against the stairs could be used for coats or a bigger unit as coat closet and pantry. To open up the livingroom I'd take out the left side of the fireplace so its just in the middle of the room. This will make room larger and give more light. Looking forward to next episode.
Congratulations Raeanne. The house has so much potential, and I bet your vision will come to light beautifully. The fireplace is such a cool feature and definitely the focal point with the 2 sided style. It's odd that a 90s home would have such small doorways. That's what you find in some older homes. Share the progress as it comes along and enjoy the memories you will make in your new home 🏡 👌🏽👍🏼
You better sell those light fixtures. Anything from the 90s are vintage now ventures actually make more money. They have more money now and you get you can do more projects with it.
The changes will be awesome! That is definitely a modern 90's house with all the angles, even the stove is on an angle. Very unique and interesting! I am so curious why you didn't like the last house? This will be fun to watch! Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful new home.
So excited to see what you do with this house! I love that it’s not the typical “UA-cam” house❤

Great piece of property. Love your Michigan accent 😊
lol - I don't even notice I have an accent lol!
Excited to see what you do with this home. The views are nice!
Thank you so much! I am working on a video right now!!
What a great location! If you place your bed on the side wall, you have a view out the window plus freedom from the door! ❤
We thought about that but I wanted a fireplace with the TV above it so we had to put the bed on this one wall. 💁🏻♀️
Very nice! I am really looking forward to all your upcoming projects in the new house. 😊💕
