Why don't you show a proper name of ht the project & the circuit diagram for a little more time? A separate link for the circuit is also a good idea.

Please tell us what you are building at the start of the video, thanks 😉

    Thanks for the video.
Can you mention what the input voltage is in the first project?

At 2:06, the voltmeter shows 27.2 volts of output. I would guess that the input is about 30 volts DC. At 2:33, the circuit lights a 90 watt automotive headlamp, which would require 6.6 amps. I think that with this circuit design, the input current must be larger than the output current.

@1:42 Your schematic shows +/- on your "IN" inverted from the +/- on the "OUT". 😲

What principle do you use to regulate the current in the 1st project? I don't see any.

Without series current limiting (e.g. a resistor) the leds will blow! 🤔🙄

    • @chrismayes4527

The resistor was on the ground side.

    • @xanataph

The resistor was omitted from the schematic, but it was present on the physical model. Although 220 ohms is a little low for a 14.xx volt supply. You would want at least 560 ohms, but with modern LEDs, just whack a 1K in there and you won't be wrong!

this is DANGEROUS and a BAD design. UNSUITABLE for beginners. I guess he does not care about your safety
Tack soldering is a poor method
      no BOM
      awful construction
      no details
