Same with Adrien and Chat Noir or Nino and Carapce (he doesn’t even wear a mask) or any other character. Adrien fell in love with Marinette despite not knowing that she is Ladybug. He doesn’t recognize that she looks like Ladybug either because again the Magic interferes with that.
