You might try "green leaf algae eating shrimp." The Channel Simply Betta has a video on them called "The Obscure Shrimp that SAVED the Fangorn Forest Aquascape!" Apparently much more voracious than other types of shrimp. Good luck!
Hello from my fish room channel in Chicago, where I am a subscriber to yours. Why not add a group of Amanos, some Oto's and/or a couple plecos? They will do wonders on the algae without harming your existing shrimp and ecosystem.
Hi, I don't keep any fish not interested in fish. Amano's are great algae eaters but I don't like the way they look. I wouldn't want to put them in my tank just to eat algae knowing I wouldn't enjoy looking at them.
