Her Sister was given to a farmer so he knew how to take care of plants so she only needed a bit of time to transform before her sister. That's why she had more time to age.
Of course the younger sister looks like she's the older sister and the older sister looks like she's the baby sister quite literally.😅😅😅😅😅 This is the anime world after all and the concept of age is just a number and means absolutely nothing and even parents who are somewhere between their late 30s to early 50s look like they're their own children's older siblings, younger siblings and even near identical twin so this shouldn't even be a shock yet it never ceases to amaze how much they defy the laws of aging 😅😅😅😅😅.
