I mean, she's even wearing the diamond, but as a cut-out, as if she's mocking the gem she shattered and disrespecting her symbol. I mean, this is definitely an evil-looking Rose alright, because it's the Evil AU of course. But it's good to remember that the average Homeworld gem made during Era 3 would have only heard the stories of the Crystal Gems in a twisted form, with the Diamonds and elites making the CGs out to be traitorous, violent deviants.
