- Unruly, the passenger denied boarding too much, too, Drunk LAX airport police dealing with him he has 5 Warrants out of NYC, who got lucky
I once was sentenced in NYC to a drug/alcohol program in 2008 and I ran away after 6 months. I went to LA and was caught in LAX. I had a full extradition warrant and I was cuffed and taken to LA County jail.
I had to wait 10 days and then 2 NYC detectives came and picked me up and flew me on a Delta Flight cross country back to New York. My original crime was non-violent too.
Anyways about a week later the Judge released me to another program and I was out of Rikers Island. So back then, what a waste of taxpayer resources to fly 2 detectives to Los Angeles to pick me up only for me to be released a week later. That was when New York was "tougher" on crime.
Now with no bail laws in NYC for all non-violent felonies, I would have never been arrested in the first place in NYC and they certainly WOULD NOT have extradited me back from Los Angeles. Different time in New York 16 years ago.
But that experience always sticks with me because it was so ridiculous how much money New York officials spent to extradite me for nothing serious at all. And to be released a week later sums up how stupid it was.
Thank you for your story, my friend 👍❤️🙏☕️☕️
And did you stay away from alcohol from that experience?
GREAT FILMING TONY BEST YOUR WAY💯💰🙏👍💪
Says a lot about you when the only people that "want" you are the police!
👍🚔✈️
Keeping you busy Tony
If you can't behave yourself after drinking, STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL.
Another crazy😢
Would think if he had all those warrants he would keep a low profile. Unless he was unaware he had them.
The police probably didn’t arrest him for the outstanding warrants because they weren’t serious. And NYC probably didn’t want to bother with the time and expense for extradition.
warrants out of NYC. LAX airport police called NYPD, but they did not want him
Both States (California & NY) want to empty jails and not arrest people for any law breaking.
They are doing everything they can to obfuscate & make law enforcement job of carrying out their duties impossible.
Criminals rule in both States!
He’s very lucky that they didn’t arrested him for his 3 outstanding warrants from NYC. They let him go. He was denied boarding the flight. He’s too drunk for flying.
