As a romanian myself, not a single pizza box in this country has your adress on them, it would be useless. Romanian police don't need stupid pizza boxes to find a persons location,especially as famous as Andrew. It LITTERALLY TAKES 1 Google search to find out where he lives( trust me, I went near his home in Bucharest/Ilfov). What the video might've done is that it indicated to authorities IF Andrew is present in the country,nothing else.
