This here is why education is important. Listening to the guy you can see he sees the big picture. Instead of being scared of competition, he realizes a bigger industry is good for all. As they say a rising tide lifts all. I also love his transparency to note that sharing content is not only to expose others but also to draw business to himself. Many people fight are preoccupied with getting a bigger slice of a small cake when in fact baking a bigger cake can lead to eating a bigger slice of cake. This goes to our African politicians, opening the economy and allowing more players with minimum restrictions and regulations is good for all people. We need to stop the scarcity mindset. His way of thinking applies to all industries and always remember the customer has to be taken care of.

This scarcity mindset we have need to change. Sharing information won't mean the person will steal your profits. And having competition helps to grow the industry. There is enough money out there for everyone to eat off you just need to go and get it.

Poultry is very good business but has bigger challenges than other farming. Here in Tanzania many poultry farmers went bankruptcy.
