Immigration really needs "balls" and aggression. I was so naive when I was in north America and now I am back in africa. I should have been more aggressive in my immigration journey. Hopefully I get my German work visa. And I am not playing around this time round 😂 I can relate to the tears where you feel cold and shake so much. Chai immigration gave me depression
God took what the enemy meant for evil and turned it for good. Your baby daddy has caused you a lot of trouble, and through his troubles he made you get something you never thought possible. Continue being still and knowing He is God. Can't wait for your reunion with your daughter. Blessed day dear

Yes you are very right. I remember one time back in 2005 when I was a student in Germany I went to the Germany embassy to apply for an extra day visa cos I had missed my flight. Just a day! Germany is no joke especially if you ignore the little rules here
I came to Germany through Family Reunion,I had Problms with my German Husband lots n lots of Problm,I was always ready to move back home to my Country but he was the one that stopped me from doing it he couldn't allow me to go with the Children,I had a Chance to go To women shelter I could still get the Residence under my German Kids but I wanted to go home I mean back home Kenya where I was born.We sorted our issues got a German pass I did this because of my Children bt deep inside I miss my Country, my Country Kenya is soo beatiful
When the kids are grown and independent then u can go back but now things are tough home unless u have a source of income in kenya just stay in germany sch and healthcare is free and better than in kenya
Hey Angie… first of all, thank you for your enlightenment. It came in handy because I encountered the same situation literally Yesterday at Zurich Airport. So I had a tourist Schengen Visa from Greece vlid from 30Jan to 20th Feb 2023. And it was valid for 6 days. Long story short I had no idea I had to stay for 6 days. I stayed in schengen for 7 days, and on my way back via Switzerland I got caught by immigration!! So they explained to me that I overstayed for one day and I have to pay a fine if a whooping 350CHF… that’s around 48000ksh. I was shocked!!! So I’m kind of in the same dilemma. Was so afraid and distraught I didn’t want to get into more trouble, cause the police were like I have to pay otherwise the next time I come to Switzerland I won’t be given entry. So I’m worried right now if I’m ever going to get a Schengen Visa… cause I wanted to go back in June. I don’t even know if I’m banned…
Never ever violate the visa rules! I have travelled several times to Europe and always came back home on time before my visa expired! People will always ask you why you are coming back home but what they don't know is that getting papers to live in a country if you are living there illegally is so stressful!!!
@patricknjuguna4989 I wish ningekua nazo! 🤣🤣But it's not about kuwa na pesa or not! Once you get Schengen visa lazima ukuwe na return ticket ya kuonyeshana when you will return to your country! No one let's you in those countries' bila return ticket. Mimi siwezi taka kukaa kwa another country illegally..talk to people and see the stress they have to go through and some end up paying hectic fines! Sasa si heri urudi tu home?? There is always a right way to live in a country legally..hawa watu wa immigration hawakuangi na mchezo.anyway..kila mtu na maisha yake. If you want to go and never come back well and good.
@@judynyaga9043 i understand you must have a return ticket. But whats the aim of going there and coming back to kenya if one has no job here ? You better struggle there than come back to kenya for someone who is jobless here
@patricknjuguna4989 Like I said...choose your poison. This comment was only meant to help someone who violates visa rules. So whether you choose to go and never come back It's up to you.there are always consequences. First of all kukaa huko bila pesa utasaidika aje sasa?? You need lawyers, you need legal processes to get you papers which could take years! How will you work? Everyone's experience is different .so again..choose your poison.that's all I can say!!! Living in another country illegally is just not for me... sorry not sorry 😐
