My Spiritual awakening occured right after he passed in May...im afraid its going to send me to the loony bin. Its so intemse, crazy beauttiful im praying im strong enough. This was a great definition. My twin flame and I are in separation. I am just devastated. I don't know if he'll ever come back. I am trying to move on with my life, but he is always there - in my heart, in my soul, my mind. I don't know what to do. I have been working my butt off spiritually, am in therapy, doing shadow work. My best friend is a soul mate, so that helps. I don't know if my TF is doing the work that I suggested to him. I have a soulmate that i've met 2 years ago, and slowly but surely we will spend time together and discover that we are so connected ! We were going through the same thoughts, situations ect.. But this is only in 2022 that I discovered she was my soulmate... Indeed, this year we both met our twinflames and we didn't know at the beginning.. My soulmate and I had always been interested in spirituality, but weren't into soul contracts. Itโs NOT about perfectionism (or toxic positivity for that matter). Weโre all a balance of light & dark, thatโs what makes us authentic. Thinking one has to be "perfect" to achieve union is such a common and gross misconception. It can be so hurtful and confusing when tf teachers fail to address this properly (naturally causes self-worth / self-blame issues- ie: Iโm not perfect therefore I canโt achieve/donโt deserve Union- NOT TRUE!). It starts with the selfโฆ & you have to only realize youโre already/always have been whole and totally worth everything!
To achieve union (which IS possible in this lifetime) itโs not about being perfect but about "Consistency & Commitment to growth & self-accountability (to address blockage wounds along the spiritual journey over the course of time)" as you so eloquently said.
Be gentle with yourself, weโre All together in this process called life and we arenโt expected to be perfect. Weโre only meant to be & to come back to Our true selves. Being spiritual isnโt about being only positive but about being Conscious and Aware. Leave the rest in Godโs divine hands. Allow what is meant to be for you to simply be. Donโt force it. Relax. I met my twin in 2010. Had on/off for 6 years. And since then Iโve tried to move on through building relationships with others, but have failed. No one lights my soul on fire the way he did. Iโm not sure I can love again. The pain from losing him messed me up for life. I got put on antidepressants and anxiety meds. Well this clip alone is an additional confirmation that not only we are twins but he prefers the comfortable soulmate because itโs better for his ego. I am rather solo on my path because Iโm both light and shadow worker and your channel is the only one I follow. Another person I trust with information are two regression therapists. My twin flame does not stand the truth about his shadow. I embraced mine and Iโm in constant recalibration of my FULL being but he is afraid to go there. He needs attention from soulmates, I am for accountability and explore your depth. So I walked away because he juggled me with karmics. Despite being spiritual and meditating, heโs not ready to open his heart fully. Now the universe intervened, shook him well and plunged him in the dark night of the soul where his karmics cannot help because they do not know how. And he sits there all unhappy. He cannot run away from himself.

This is an superb presentation with clear, excellent distinctions between twin flame and soul mate. Given the characteristics described, it might be possible that both soul mate and twin flame may collapse into one relationship at one level or timeline. I have a very long relationship that seems both supportive and awakening, a mirror and a compliment, triggers old wounds and offers a comfortable love, wants the best for soul and for the human self. First of allโบ๏ธ thanks so much for your videos๐ฅบ Iโve started watching them recently when I couldnโt figure out why I couldnโt let a guy go even though I know I can(I like to receive confirmation on these things spiritually as I always aspire for unconditional love-whether it means being away from a person and loving them from that place while moving on and/or hoping for things to work out between us and keeping them close energetically. Basically anything that feels natural). Itโs really been a tough journey with us but I quickly want to comment on what you said regarding twin flames loving you as much as you love yourself?๐
Iโm conflicted with that notion because with this particular human being, I always feel like my meditation of myself ultimately pulls me towards him. Like itโs somehow a reflection of him or my love for him or ours.
Initially I thought, โwell I must really love this personโ but now I donโt know what to make of it? I also feel dutiful towards him, like I know what he needs and that I can express that to him, as his woman lol, in a way his spirit(soul?) needs. And also thereโs this fierce protection I have of him and passion to just be there for him lol. But I feel like expressing this as his friend is somewhat depriving. Like we need to be together in order for the both of us to heal in a way thatโs necessary for our souls? As it reflects us existing in our most natural forms. I canโt say this to him though as Iโm only hoping that he comes to realize this by himself and surrenders to it, because I donโt see why heโs pulling away, though I suspect itโs his ego(?). I donโt know, but being apart from him feels like a deprivation of existing as my best self and it scares me cos I feel like Iโm starting to find reasons as to why weโre apart and putting a blame of things that we could potentially work on if we were together?
I honestly canโt explain the juices I get when Iโm with him or when I think of him. The inspiration I get from either loving him or being loved by him gives me more life than I could ever expect from a lover, and I know itโs not dependent. For example, I just thought(imagined, got inspired to)of finishing a sentence in a way that serves and properly represents me and instantly felt his spirit/energy lol. This was unintentional๐
Anyway, I really just wanted to get clarity over what that could mean or if indeed it is a twin flame experience, cos I really feel like not being with him takes away an elevation of my/out growth and is causing a rift between us that doesnโt need to happen? Though itโs happening so maybe it does?
