It actually crushes me how underrated she is and how people refer to her as a "one-hit wonder". This album came out at an emotional time in my life and every song somewhat spoke to me. Such relatable, but cleverly written lyrics with banging productions respectively to match. It may have commercially failed, but idc, it is a phenomenal album for me - Pop at its best!

At first I thought this song was just about the friendzone, but all these comments saying that what she means by "your type" is that she's not they "type" of artist for radio makes this SO MUCH DEEPER. And it makes so much sense because she is so freaking underrated! I bump this album on the daily. She's really made me a fan, she deserves more recognition for sure.
