Thanks Hugo! As tried and true as the good old "Hello World" is I thought this needed a bit more. Also, this video is a bit dated now. You might want to check out some of the more current videos. You can see them by visiting the channel main page at ua-cam.com/users/dabblelab - thanks again!
That was great and easy to follow. Will i be able to create those accounts and actually create a skill without signing up and sending money? i have no credit. Also is it just something you use with your own Alexa or is it somehow become part of things where any device with Alexa will use the new skill. hope thats not stupid question.
Well, AWS has a free tier that you can check out at aws.amazon.com/free and the Amazon developer account is free so you should be OK unless you're skill is getting more than a million requests per month - that would go beyond the limit of the free tier. I hope that helps.
Hi mate. You don't need to have an Echo to build and publish Alexa skills. So, yes, you can record/share your podcast via Alexa even if you don't have an Echo.
Yes, there is a template named 'Basic Starter' you can get it using the ASK-CLI with the following command. `ask new --template --url skilltemplates.com/templates.json`
This is the cleanest video I have ever seen! This helped me so much!!
Thanks, Aarav! We're very glad to hear it was helpful for you!

In your course would I learn how to create a different answer for each day by just summoning the skill created?
