Weekend Alone Vlog | Potty Training and Mental Health

I spent a four day weekend alone with my toddler while my fiance went on a trip. This was a very challenging experience for me as I suffer from Fear of Abandonment, which brings on a lot of anxiety.
To offset this, I decided to take on time consuming tasks, like cleaning up my kitchen and potty training my toddler.
Fear of abandonment is the overwhelming but unwarranted fear that people you love will leave you physically and/or emotionally. If you suspect you suffer from this condition, it is highly recommended you seek out professional medical help.
