They must be assigned to go and work in the local communities.
By the look of isolation and remoteness, it would be a challenge to commute to such places. As it is public transport is non existent in rural areas.
Community Clinics and K cal hospitals have bare facilities. Intern Doctors must be sent to such towns to work alongside solitary medic.
This is the only way rural towns can be kept alive.
