I do not get it when Nigerians always say Ghana is expensive, cos with a little economics background you will get to understand that when you producing for a large population is cheaper than a small one. Because if I produce cowbell shoes for a population over 200 million and 50 percent of them buys I make more profit than producing for a population of 30 million and let’s say 90 percent buys.

Still making ghana expensive, also people quoting prices in dollars, which has adverse effects on our currency.

If you find people selling the same thing after ten years it means they make so much money from it. Most waakye sellers have their kids schooling abroad. If I make good money from a business why would I change my job?

People in Accra are afraid of rain oooh. Accra is a very dry region (I think you have forgotten). People are there are really not used to rain. Kumasi is different.
The size of uber is inversely related to the price of fuel. Fuel is not subsidized so drivers do everything the conserve it. Bigger cars and AC consume more fuel.

Don't forget Ghana subsidize education is free, but fuel ,is regulated, you pay the market price, for government to get to make education free, but,Nigeria subsidize fuel and education is expensive

    Hello Olga,
So that you know, We Ghanaians particularly those of us located in London do claim the lady Adaeze cos she is one of us period.
Glad you just returned from visiting Ghana cos your destiny could be in Ghana.
By the grace of the Most High Yahuah, my ancestors are calling me home so am coming home with a few projects up my sleeve,- and I intend to knock for you wherever You maybe.
Here's hoping you are not the type that MUST live in Accra only.?
By the way am not the only one who frankly relate to the fact that your mannerisms not to mention your spoken English has all the hallmark of a Ghanaian period..
Well I have got to finish off my second Masters and should be ready to go home. And if you are hopefully in Ghana, Yahuah willing, then I would most certainly love to pick your brain.

I would like you to attend any Lecture next time you visit Legon.
Our Uber cars are small just to conserve fuel.
Try to visit KNUST and UCC.
Remember UCC is the best university in West Africa. Find out.

    1. With the rains; people in Accra have become very weary nowadays when it rains. All because of the perennial flooding in some areas. You don't wanna put people's lives at risk unnecessary.
    2. Rideshare cars in Gh are general small due to price of petrol. Fuel efficient engines are the go to in Gh.Petrol prices in Gh has always been pricey. But for the past year till now it's gone MAAAAD. You Naijans should count yourself very lucky to enjoy affordable petrol. So enjoy it cos that makes us jealous. Trust me if petrol were affordable in Gh you would see all the nice cars imaginable cos the average Ghanaian is a lover of nice cars.

People are afraid of flood and there are open gutters, you might not and there would be accidents and other bad things happen.
