He's a disgrace to the game. Barry Hearn ensured he got off. I actually wrote a complaint to the BBC when they stated that he was completely exonerated. That was a brazen lie. His manager had to resign and Higgins got a ban. Stephen Lee deserved his ban. But that guy was scrapping a living from the game. Higgins was a millionaire and ranked number one. Of course a lengthy ban would have derailed Hearns dream.

I'm not sure if anyone else has because maybe they have but I'm very sure no player has done it in a TV Final which is snooker at the highest standard a human can play.Also to get to the 2017/2018 and 2019 World finals when we'll past his prime best let's you know what he could do with his b game and to be honest he really should have won the 2017 title because he was playing decent on the first day but play very poor on the second day.In 2018 he never really had a chance because despite playing very well to win 8 out of 9 frames vs Williams to get back to 1 frame Williams made 2 big breaks which started with a long pot and made 70 qplus twice to win and in the 2019 Final Higgins play some very good snooker early as did Trump and when John was 5-4 up the table was waiting to be cleared and he really should have taken a 2 frame lead but he missed 1 he'd never have missed in his prime and Judd made 7 centuries and 15 breaks over 50 which has only ever been beaten by O'Sullivan on 5 occasions in 17 vs John in this year's semi and 16 vs Judd in the final.Yet I think people sometimes forget how hard it was to beat this snooker all time great in his best years from 2a006 to 2012.He will always be in the discussion when they talk about the best ever.
