lol terriying!
was the grink there?
raiden needs massive nerf or just remove chain.
Na, we just need to learn how to play against it better. I also wouldn't be against some new tools in the form of new techs or new units.
honestly i feel like they made the game worse by adding raidens. Just miserable to play against and feel like there's no counterplay. It reminds me of when the game was just whoever got ahead massing carry melting points in alpha.
I wrote this comment before watching the game.
Skill issue 😊
Its pretty weak and not utilised properly these days. They even buffed it as its underperforming.
It's because people (me included) get comfortable with a specific meta. Then they change things by nerfing, buffing, adding new units, and adding new commanders. This forces us out of our comfort zones and makes us get used to units we might not be as good with.
There are tons of counterplays to raidens. But it is so easy to over build your anti-raiden and lose to their pivot, or under build the anti-raiden and die to them anyway, or sometimes we failed to build a good board in the first place and the opponents raiden pivot wasn't even the thing that kills us and it was the flank that pulled way too much of our chaff that actually killed us.
The fun of the game is that we have to learn to adapt to a changing board AND to a changing meta. I might suck, but I am enjoying my time sucking.
