Thanks for the tour..I’ll be back there in May as 1999 was last visit due to COVID and crazy world of travel…I’ve enjoyed the Fairmont stays and especially Nobel..yes those new housing do dominate the view… ciao
My wife and i stayed here in 2019 for her birthday. It was a bucket list activity for us to stay in Monaco and we had a room that overlooked the hairpin (because they were slightly cheaper). We managed to get the room without additional extras like the champagne and chocolates because we're not rich 😂 lovely hotel and really friendly staff but it was a bit run down in places which it looks like they're now working on. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves with a few hundred pounds to spare in the near future. 😍
The Fairmont Hotel system extends into the Rockie Mountains with three if not four hotel locations. Lake Louise, Banff and the hotel that locates itself on the Montana Alberta border. I recommend all three. 5,000 pounds of cheese is shipped to all three locations bi-weekly. A great and very expensive location for fine cuisine.
Fantastic video as always! Incredible location of course but the Fairmont definitely needs a bit of a refresh. That room phone alone looks ancient haha and the bed skirt pattern is not attractive, to put it nicely. Unless it was a stellar deal I would pony up the extra to stay at the Metropole or the Hotel de Paris. I do like how the Nikki Beach is right upstairs. Mr. K what's your favorite of the hotels in Monaco? After the renovation HdP would take number 1 in my eyes, commands the price premium for a reason.
Hi. After the renovation Hotel de Paris looks amazing, best in Monaco. Fairmont is starting to show the years - they have started renovating the rooms at the front of the hotel already, and hopefully thereafter the entire hotel
wow they ruined Monaco with those buildings blocking the sea view for half of the city, its horrible. Ive been to monaco many times, what a shame. Anyway, good video as always Mr K!
@@MrKesavaraj Sadly they haven't for the big apartment block towards the Fairmont. The final design doesn't suit Monaco at all. The other buildings are going to look good, though.
Good tour - thanks
Stunning! Can't wait to be there in one week!
Glad to see you on the move once again Mr. K. Stunning views from Monaco 🇲🇨

Back in 2002 I stayed at this hotel only it had different name then. I stayed in a suite like yours that overlooked the hairpin. Lowes I think ?
Excellent video
Thank you
