You know how to get this to work on console??? Any help would be appreciated

It might be a hardware issue if you can't load or play it on Xbox. I tested it on my Xbox One and had no issues logging in and playing. I usually play on PC, but if you still can't get in, try reaching out to customer support. I'll do more research and let you know if I find anything else :)
