- This 2006 Rinker Viesta Vee 342 sports cruiser offers excellent value for money. This would be the perfect weekend cruiser with seating in the cockpit for 10 adults, a well-equipped outdoor wet bar, sun pad on the bow, and a full complement of navigation equipment at the helm.
Down below, you have air-conditioned accommodation for 4 adults in 2 cabins, a saloon, galley, and a heads compartment with separate shower compartment.
Despite being over 15 years old, this boat only has around 150 hours on the clock!! The engines are a pair of MerCruiser 6.2MX gas engines producing around 320hp each. There is also a generator onboard to enjoy all the creature comforts onboard regardless if you are in the marina, cruising underway, or at anchor.

I love Rinkers. You hardly see them outside of Europe though. I think in France they are pretty popular
I used to know the guy that imported them to Scotland in theate 90s. I was always impressed with them, especially the smaller models. Always seemed like well built, well equipped for the size and money 😎
They're made in Indiana.
We were a Rinker dealer from 03, to around 09.
@@jascan1489 I didn't know that. They are real popular in the Med and around Europe. Great reputation as a no nonsense get it done boat. They drove them hard out there. Couple of smaller yachts I knew would tow a Rinker around and they used it as a tender. Worked great, they all loved them. Never heard anyone say one bad thing about them.

Wonder what those outdrives look like.
I actually bought camera gear including a 10ft camera pole to film under water. Unfortunately in North Florida waters, you can't see 2 inches in front of you 🤦♂️
Bet they are wiped out. No way I'd have outdrives in salt water. I'll pass on this one.
engines that old with low hours is NOT good .. it means long sit time corrosion has taken place inside the engine .. these engines sitting that long without running are UNdependable.
My recommendation for any boat of substantial value is to get a survey, sea trial, and mechanical inspection. You can even send oil samples off relatively cheaply to see what particles are in there. I've seen older low engine hours be fine if they have been serviced and maintained on a regular basis. It's the engines with no use and no maintenence that's the red flags 😉
