People are facing a tough retirement. and it's even harder for workers to save due to low-paying jobs, inflation, and high rents. Now, middle-class Americans find it tough to own a home too, leaving them without a place to retire in.
It's recommended to save at least 20% of your income in a 401k. Joseph Nick Cahill taught me to estimate how much you should save based on your age and income. I've been with him for years now and his decades of experience in the markets translate to chunks of value in so many ways! He has upscaled my portfolio and even got me reading self help books haha
JOSEPH NICK CAHILL is his name. He is regarded as a genius in his area and works for Empower Financial Services. He is quite known in his field, look-him up.
Thank you so much for the suggestion! I really needed it. I looked him up on Google and explored his website; he has an impressive background in investments. I've sent him an email, and I hope to hear back from him soon!
Hi I am still confused with their yearly withdrawals from their portfolio. Could you give me clarification of withdrawals at 63 and when ss starts. I think you stated they will be living on 16000/ month , thanks
I would absolutely love to see the next visit video. You mentioned about the investment part of this plan I am pretty much spot on with all of their age and dollar amounts desired income is different but the investment strategy would be great to see. Thanks.
I like this. We also do have a mtg, even more than theirs. N even though I want to pay it off I’ve been advised by my husband and advisor that it isn’t smart financially.
Very helpful! Yes, the video describing how to invest for this type of plan would be appreciated. Thanks!

Noted! - Alex
If the market were to have a 30% correction, would that be a good time to cash some of your 401k and convert to a Roth?
They taking 16,000 a month plus Social Security
In the initial months, yes - Alex
@@onedegreeadvisors wow I guess it assets are very similar and I would never dream of taking that much out with the without Social Security.
"A small mortgage of around $360,000....." lol
Ok fine…small for SoCal 😂

@@ppw8716Same. I’m getting more in interest in a HYSA than the interest on my mortgage. It would be a shame to pay it off too soon.
LOL, is a 2.3 million portfolio possible for retirement? Hmmm, let me think a while....
