It is annoying and he has turned out to be a dick. But it works for him - it motivates him and it's the sole reason he beat Phelps in the 200 in London. I think he's very unprofessional. I despise it when younger athletes claim to be better than a legend who is finishing up his/her career. Like when Nadal or Djokovich beats Federer. But at least they are classy tennis players who respect Federer. And Cseh is total class. LeClos is 7 years younger than Phelps. Hey Chad: win 18 Olympic gold, then we'll talk. I don't like the technique of Le Clos. They teach you at a young age to NOT look at your competition. Swim your own race. Yeah duh, it's the Olympics, but you need to have that mental focus. From experience, not looking over at your competition makes you a bit faster and less distracted from your race. I think that's a part of why he lost it.
