This is truly not just a song, it's a revelation of what worship means. Abraham while going to kill his son as a sacrifice as instructed by God in Genesis 22:5, called that act a worship. He told his servants, wait here while I and the lad will go and worship and then return to you. This is truly not just a song, it's a revelation of what worship means. Abraham while going to kill his son as a sacrifice as instructed by God in Genesis 22:5, called that act a worship. He told his servants, wait here while I and the lad will go and worship and then return to you. Killing his son in obedience to God means worship to Abraham, it never occurred to him as a lost but a worship. Wow!
