    Tanks looks great, do you have a clean up crew? Also I would like the light schedule please.

      @Jinx 13, clean up crew I have 2 hermit crabs 🦀 😋 and a snail. Using the ai prime 16 hd
      Blues peak to 40%
      Green % Red 6%
      Cool white 10%
      Starting from 0830 to 1830

    Awesome!! Do you have any issues with the nem moving?

    • @hcaquaticsreefing
      @hcaquaticsreefing  2 роки тому

      😊 and yes and yes. The light intensity was super low and it moved from the sand, to the back of the aquascape and settled on the glass. Watching it closely now 🙏 😬. Light intensity increased and its in more flow.

      @@hcaquaticsreefing I've been thinking a lot about getting one, but scared of it stinging everything! or eventually taking over the tank

      @Reef Boss, if you do watch it like a hawk, light and flow seems to keep them happy( not too much flow tho). I don't feed mine directly, the clownfish keep it going with the lighting.
      It is a risk I must admit

      @@hcaquaticsreefing yeah the clown interaction is worth it!

    but how do i do 100% waterchange when there's fish in there?

    • @hcaquaticsreefing
      @hcaquaticsreefing  2 роки тому

      @my roomie what I usually do is drain until there is just enough for the fish to swim in, then add fresh saltwater to refill. Then wait a while and take a little more out and refill. 👍

    How big is this tank?

    • @hcaquaticsreefing
      @hcaquaticsreefing  2 роки тому

      Approximately 3 gallons

    • @darrylgovindasamy
      @darrylgovindasamy 2 роки тому

      Wow, very nice. I have a 2.5 gallon. What are you using for flow? Any specific wave maker? I can’t seem to find the right one for my tank as it’s too small.

    • @hcaquaticsreefing
      @hcaquaticsreefing  2 роки тому

      No wave maker upgraded return pump (ehiem return pump) and a duck bill nozzle 😊

      @@hcaquaticsreefing wow, so a good return pump will be enough for coral growth?

    • @hcaquaticsreefing
      @hcaquaticsreefing  2 роки тому

      In my system with waterchanges and a little all for reef the corals are looking great. I have now moved a few to my main tank. I couldn't find a small enough power head for this tank 😞
