Very organized family. Even assuming the absence of the house which could be beyond reach to most Kenyans, the compound is well kept. That doesn't require millions. Since most people are disorganized, lazy, dirty and not creative, you hear them invoking money in everything. You can keep your yard clean, trimmed and even a manicured lawn with a mud house... Give the guy credit.
