Nice video , but would like to suggest change in brushing technique , instead of brushing in horizontal direction across the teeth you can brush vertically , that is brush up to down and down to up so that the gaps between teeth get cleaned .A dentist had told me this .

The Horizontal brushing technique for front teeth is not suggestible as it’s harm for Gums. Vertical technique of brushing removes plaque effectively many are unaware of this. Being a Dentist I couldn’t stop myself posting this. Everyone watching this Please follow correct Brushing technique and Educate others. Thank you🙏🏻

the moment I wanted to tell this I have seen your comments. very nice. same message struck mind. can I ask the doctor east to do for teeth attrition without pain. please advise dr. I am 65y, never experienced pain. but rarely experience sensitiveness in left lower premolar. when shown my teeth in a health camp, the dental hygienist has said that my teeth have attrition due to frequent brushing. yes. since 10 years I am addicted to brush thrice after each meal. for many years without the knowledge of right brushing technique. Hello mounika... There is no need to use toothpaste after brushing with fenugreek powder.. If you want to see the results my advise is don’t use toothpaste while using fenugreek powder..
Hello Doc ... Very informative video .. I too used Fenugreek powder but still use toothpaste ... Such for that freshness feeling so I use very little of toothpaste with Fenugreek powder , turmeric,salt.. it's been 2 months .. I m feeling better as cavity has reduced
I also faced the same problem for long time and also I got the solution in my kitchen as I started to use turmeric powder mix with mustard oil.
I was using fenugreek and small cardamom powder and it was really helpful

I use baking soda... Also I drink tea and coffee with a straw to prevent staning. But I will definitely try Ffenugreek. Thank for your suggestions!🥰

@@glu2125 You're absolutely correct. Also metal when heated ...like utensils, metal on the inside of coffee mugs, pots/pans etc... So I will not use the new metal straws..but we have to choose and weigh our battles at times bc there's a lot of stuff that is not good for us. But I chose a plastic straw bc we only get one set of teeth...so to avoid staining I use a straw. Also I use a straw for soda's to avoid the affect acid on teeth. I believe they make organic straws or even glass...I will Google to find out! Ty sweetness for the head's up!🥰

I started using natural toothpaste but on my next visit to my dentist she told me she saw a cavity and said I need fluoride to prevent cavities... is this true?
@@eudora8426 true.. fluoride toothpaste 1000ppm limits the growth of bacteria that causes cavities by increasing the acidic pH created by bacteria. Moreover fluoride also helps form a barrier.

Doc, can you please share to us if there are herbs or yogic practice according to Ayurveda that will allow adults to grow new set of teeth? Because I just don't get it why we can grow our nails, hairs and regenerate bones and not grow a new teeth and I think Ayurveda has an answer to that because it's being written by sages whose primary objective is the well-being of the person and not for profit.
