hey joy :) literally started journaling for the same reason and was travelling in europe the last two months. Have fun! Do you journal everyday? Sometimes I feel like I am lacking motivation to write and then it just feels weird so I don't but at the same I wanna keep memories and thoughts in my journals. Tipps for that?

Thank you!!! I journal most days but sometimes won’t have time or forget which is totally fine. I definitely push myself to do it consistently even when I’m not super motivated cause i know how much it helps me. I have friends that write notes if things they want to journal on their phone and then when they have time and motivation they write it all down, maybe that could work for you xxxx❤️❤️

Thank you so much!! I think just push yourself to keep journaling and remind yourself that’s why you’re doing it, to slow the thoughts and become more present. It’s easier said then done but that’s what’s helped me❤️❤️❤️
