They are different styles of shotgun. The thunder does more damage at range, it's versatile, but the havoc pump is the PUMP pump, it hits harder in the 0-10m range, but 10-30m the thunder will be better.

idk i feel like the havoc is extremely slow and very inaccurate. it might just be my aim, but whenever i use a thunder, pump, prime or any other decent shotgun my aim feels a lot better

I will always choose the gun that can 200 pump. No matter what it is.
And the OG pump is a combination of the two. Hope they bring it back
