Madam, i worked 1 years in one of the company, suddenly they sold to another company. New company terms and conditions i did not liked, because their is no SL/CL and also no Pf. I quickly resigned without notice period. But i handover all the things. 20 days November 2022 salary they hold. Please tell me how can i get salary? They are not giving appointed letter to anyone. Please help.
